Trump-Linked SPAC Says Settlement Clears Path For Merger

Digital World, a special-purpose acquisition company that intends to merge with the holding company of former President Donald Trump's Truth Social platform, said Friday that its settlement over fraud allegations with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission will allow the stalled merger to move forward.
