Kindly find attached the federal tax identification number (EIN) as provided to us by the IRS.
This EIN is your permanent number and can be used immediately for most of your business needs. However, it can take up to two weeks before your EIN is able to be verified online by third parties.
The IRS will send a confirmation letter by mail to the mailing address listed on the SS4 application. If you require immediate confirmation, you can contact the IRS directly at 800-829-4933 or if you are calling from outside the United States at 267-941-1099.
Please note our role as third party designee ended when the number was issued by the IRS. If you require confirmation of the number, you will need to contact the IRS directly.
Any changes or corrections needed for this order will now need to be done directly with the IRS. They will no longer speak to us regarding this company.

The Secretary of State originally approved the company, but then the Bank Commissioner did not approve the application. Therefore, the Secretary of State retracted the approval. Currently there is no company with this name formed in the state of Delaware.
Our Sales Department called on April 7 to determine if you would like to provide a different company name so that a new company can be formed?
