Flint Engineering Firm Must Turn Over Media Strategy Docs

A Michigan federal judge said Wednesday that an engineering firm facing negligence claims for its alleged role in the Flint water crisis must share some of its communications with public relations firms, ruling the consultants were tasked with influencing public opinion rather than helping with litigation.
