Because demonrats play dirty, the realistically only option is to actually prepare ahead of time - Trump must choose his comedic (actor) stand in of Biden, and presumably prepare some suitable questions to go back and forth between the two of them at the debate, if Ral Biden does not turn up.
And if the Dems relent in the face of this, that's fine, Trump will just have to be totally crushed by Real Joe Biden :D
One wonders if Hillary still "has this urge" to get on stage again against Trump, because you know, it's just so good that someone like Trump is not in charge of the Justice Department.
