The Secretary of State originally approved the company, but then the Bank Commissioner did not approve the application. Therefore, the Secretary of State retracted the approval. Currently there is no company with this name formed in the state of Delaware.
Our Sales Department called on April 7 to determine if you would like to provide a different company name so that a new company can be formed?
