Eric Blinderman, Former Therium Capital Management CEO Launches Legal Fee Advancement Lawsuit 


Therium Capital Management's past CEO Eric Blinermam is suing his former employer for advanced arbitration fees and indemnification in Delaware's Chancery Court.


Globally, Therium has invested more than $74B in legal disputes. Mr. Blinderman established Therium’s United States business operations in 2016. 


Law 360 broke news of Mr. Blinderman's civil action claim for advanced arbitration fees against Therium. Delaware's docket report lists "ERIC BLINDERMAN v THERIUM CAPITAL MANAGEMENT" as active. Prior to being the US CEO of Therium, Blinderman was international litigation counsel at Proskauer. Blinderman also served as associate general counsel of the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq. Additionally, Blinderman worked as chief legal counsel and associate deputy to the Regime Crimes Liaison’s Office.
