2nd Circ. Won't Let Trump Pause Defamation Fight

The Second Circuit declined to delay the trial in writer E. Jean Carroll's suit against former President Donald J. Trump while he seeks a rehearing for its panel decision that he is not immune from her defamation claims, after he allegedly sexually assaulted her and then lied about her publicly.
