Lin Wood Can't Force Fraud Claims On Former Counsel, Client

A Georgia state judge on Friday rejected an argument from newly retired attorney L. Lin Wood that he shouldn't face fraud claims from former colleagues over their collapsed relationship unless the claims are also brought against one of their former clients and Wood's previous counsel from Alston & Bird.
