Crypto Suit Over Reporting Rule Tossed For Being Premature

A Kentucky federal judge on Wednesday tossed a crypto nonprofit's challenge to a forthcoming tax reporting requirement that would mandate firms report crypto transactions above $10,000, discerning that the advocates' privacy hasn't come into play since the rule has yet to take effect.
