[spam] status of dec 25's attempt to work on something

energy to add electrumx backend functionality to bsvup, to make it easier to connect to personal servers to upload data, which i'll try to spam about if i fail.

all the bsv electrumx servers appear to have a bug broadcasting my test transaction. my bsv node is still syncing to run my own and debug it. https://github.com/monkeylord/bsvup/pull/39
