https://nysba.org/new-york-state-bar-association-urges-un-to-launch-war-cri… The New York State Bar Association is urging the United Nations to establish a war crimes tribunal to investigate the invasion of Ukraine. “During our nearly 150-year history, the New York State Bar Association has been a champion of the rule of law and human rights. We must establish a tribunal to make certain that justice is served,” said association President Sherry Levin Wallach. The association’s Executive Committee, acting on behalf of its governing body, the House of Delegates, voted today to ask the UN to investigate and prosecute members of the Russian military and government for violations of international law including human rights violations, crimes against humanity and aggression. The tribunal would be similar to the courts that investigated war crimes in Sierra Leone, Rwanda and Cambodia.

You could possess the power of flight, or the ability to perform telekinesis. You could modify your existing environment on a whim into forms unknown on Earth, or seemingly anywhere. Not that an upload is limited to the environment within a program. If the concept is feasible, then we should be able to place the computer program within any vessel that can sustain it.

This handbook is based on a workshop on the ratification and implementation of the Kampala amendments on the crime of aggression that took place at New York University on 25 June 2012. The workshop was co-hosted by the Permanent Mission of the Principality of Liechtenstein to the United Nations and the Global Institute for the Prevention of Aggression with the support of the Liechtenstein Institute on Self- Determination at Princeton University (LISD). Third edition, November 2019 The second edition was published in October 2013. The first edition was published in November 2012.
