Dear Madam or Sir: The notarized waiver is non-executable to the NYPD given a forged notary matter the FBI is aware of. Furthermore, contact was made with the office of the Attorney General on the forged notary concern. The NYPD has no standing to ask for a notary in exchange for my body camera footage. Please provide the requested body camera footage by May 13, 2024 or it possibly will be essential to seek injunctive relief in California.
