Hi all, this is my proposed rework of the deploy API. I will revise it one more time (with more detail on the operations), but this is the plan. If you want more detail, imagine the operations of the GGF12 deployment API have been split and the app identifier is now the "application endpoint reference". Some new features -app 'ID' is required to be very unique -can listen to a portal EPR for events of new apps being created. Once an app is created, you can listen to its own lifecycle events. I have left WS-Notification as a SHOULD, though I think it ought to be a MUST. I dont like its complexity, and think implementations may want to not support it, but it would also be nice if everything did. comments welcome, esp in the next few days. -steve
