I have read this document, and believe it is ready for GFSG 15-day review, prior to public comment. Due from the GFSG Wednesday September 14 (or the GFSG conference call right afterwards: Tuesday September 20). There are a few minor formatting issues: - the GGF intellectual property statement can appear later, and does not need the GGF logo (see the sample documents in the Editor tracker, or recent published documents for examples) - the page footer (email address & page numbers) needs to be added These do not need to be fixed prior to public comment, unless some larger issues are raised (i.e., during the GFSG review), but will need to be fixed prior to publication.
