I too tried to access the documents off of the deployment.sourceforge,
but I too had problems. Hopefully Steve will be able to look at it.

  Attached is the updated CDL Interoperability document. I (and also,
Jun) tried to upload the document and updated tests to the 
CVS repository. But, we are not able to log-in to the repository!
