Hi Team,

 

Below is a compilation of all CDDLM sessions and three invitations we have had for meetings with ACS, OGSA, and WSDM. There is a potential conflict between meetings with ACS and OGSA (see first two entries below) due to discrepancy between the Web site and original invitation, but we'll have to resolve this while at GGF. As I suggested earlier, please consider the Web site as ultimate source of information and we'll try to update it to reflect the real timings.

Configuration Description Deployment Lifecycle Mgmt - WG #1 Calendar: Michigan Details: We will have some initial discussions on the reference implementation to be completed at the GGF14 time frame.

OGSA-WG #8 "OASIS WSDM Deep Dive" Calendar: Wellington 2 Details: Detailed explanation of the WSDM specification and technical discussion

OGSA-WG #9 "OASIS WSDM TC" Calendar: Consulate 1&2 Details: Information exchange between OASIS WSDM and GGF OGSA-WG participants.

 

(12:30 PM - 2 PM: All-GGF Town Hall lunch meeting) (3) 2 PM - 3:30 PM, Governor's Suite: Multi-vendor WSDM demo

Given that there is a CDDLM-WG session and an OGSA-WG-related session in parallel with the demo (it was impossible to avoid clashes) there is a possibility of a mini-demo right before 2 PM to the OGSA-WG and CDDLM-WG participants.

CDDLM-WG #2 Calendar: Windsor Details: Configuration Description, Deployment, and Lifecycle Management Working Group "CDDLM-WG Interop" We will start discussion on the interoperability between reference implementations of CDDLM of which we are at the moment aware of four

CDDLM-WG #3 Calendar: Windsor Details: Configuration Description, Deployment, and Lifecycle Management Working Group "CDDLM-WG and WSDM" We will evaluate how CDDLM satisfies WSDM interfaces. We will also continue various topics we started a few GGFs ago when we also had a similar session. Namely, how does CDDLM fit into the bigger standards landscape (state transitions, models, other standards, etc.)

Configuration Deployment Description Lifecycle Mgmt - WG #4 Calendar: Regent 1 Details: We will demo existing CDDLM specs by independent preliminary implementations by HP, NEC, adn Softricity.

Configuration Description Deployment Lifecycle Mgmt - WG #5 Calendar: Regent 1 Details: This is a session to discuss relationship between CDDLM and other groups with SRM (JSDL, DRMAA, GRAAP, ACS, etc.).
