Changes to the GGF13 version include: *Only industry folks are being asked to identify the community they classify themselves in (GEOFFREY: Please tell me if this is an adequate way to distinguish), *Duration of meeting (longer days vs. more days) question, *United States has been replaced with North America, *Community sessions (workshops, tutorial, community track sessions) have been added, *In an effort to gain more respondents, I added a 'congrats to Frank Falcon' for winning the survey from GGF13 on the last page.
