All, Very fruitful discussions and comments so far! Just to let you know, I am doing my best trying to keep up and annotate the existing document with comments, to capture all that has been discussed so far, and in what way certain sections need improvements or additions. I plan to finish this in a couple of days (have another document deadline to take care of first) -- could be useful for our continued discussions.
