Thank you for your prompt response to last week's rescheduling attempt.  Unfortunately, we must try again...  Please let me know if this Friday, 02-Dec, at 9:30a Central time OR 2:00p Central time would work for you to discuss:

*Last call on Community Council Objectives for discussion at Jan f2f (slide 4 in attached ppt),
*Review of Community projects and activities (tracking spreadsheet attached).

I also want to remind you that this Wednesday (30-Nov) is the deadline for submitting content to the GGF16 Community Program.  The attached spreadsheet provides a list of topics discussed among the community council (and among the GGF16 PC, led by Geoffrey).  The red cells indicate that an official proposal has been submitted whereas the black cells indicate topics that have been discussed but no proposal received. Please take a moment to review the list and if you intend to organize content (by acting as a session organizer or by delegating an activity leader), submit your proposal via the online form at http://www.ggf.org/ggf_events_communityInvolvmentProposal.htm The PC will only consider proposals that are received in this fashion.
