All,

Besides membership, we are also trying to coordinate ourselves for
which DC-based (and international) organizations we want to encourage
to participate in GGF-18.  Very importantly we also want names of
contact people (as high up the food chain as possible ;-) who have
an interest in grids for their own organizational goals and might be
willing to help promote pervasive adoption.

Thanks!

Hello Community Area Directors,
I am writing to follow-up from last weeks Community Council Meeting.  During the meeting we discussed the need to identify potential organizations we wanted to pursue regarding membership during GGF 18 in
Washington DC.  Everyone believed this to be a good idea, and a template was created to help facilitate the gathering of this information, which I have attached again.

This is where I need your help.

Will you take a minute to complete the attached form and return it to me by the end of business today?  Those of you working together from the same area need only collaborate and submit one form to me.  I will collapse all the information and ensure everyone has a copy.  This will be a ?living? document and will be updated and redistributed by me periodically.  If you have any questions, please email or call me.  I look forward to hearing from you.
