[BYTEIO-WG] Client Failures with EPCC Endpoint

I apologize for mailing this to the list, but lacking contact information for EPCC, this was my best option. We have tested the Genesis II client against the EPCC Random ByteIO endpoint, and while we succeed in the first few tests, we get failures from all write related operations. It seems to be a server side problem with parsing the transfer-information-type data structure.
