question:

For the use case section I think we had description in the RISGE Collection of Use cases document,
very good description of the more general use case, (Oceanographic for example),

maybe we could use it in the use case section in a modified/tunned version (Duane what do you think about it?) I mean not to redo whole description if these was already done.
