Folks, I have uploaded the latest draft to be reviewed in the meeting tomorrow. https://forge.gridforum.org/projects/acs-wg/document/draft-ggf-acs-spec-0.54... In the meeting, I hope that we finish our review and confirm all the Issues in spec tracker items are cleared. Following to that with the resulted modifications, we announce the final call before submission to the GGF editor. See there tomorrow and talk about this! BTW, here are my proposal wrt the document title and versioning after the submission: - Name the document as "Application Contents Service Specification 1.0" - Remove the Version number from the cover page. - Further revolve of the doc, to address comments from the editor and/or public comments will be identified as "Revision nn", where nn is a sequence number for the revisions. The Revision 1 will be the first revolve for the document after the submission. date should be presented will be updated accordingly. Both the "Revision" and date will be presented on the page headers and on the cover page. Above should let us publish the document as a persistent URL on the gridforge and give identification information to readers. -Keisuke Keisuke Fukui wrote:

Here are the latest schemas for AAD and ARI. These are the same as schemas in the latest draft (Chapter 9). Sorry, I have forgotten to send this. # The previous mail I sent was bounced :-< # Does the ggf mail server reject zip file? Sachiko At Wed, 26 Oct 2005 18:57:29 +0900, fukui wrote:

Folks, I have updated the doc to reflect the review comments in the last teleconference, bumping the version to 0.55. https://forge.gridforum.org/projects/acs-wg/document/draft-ggf-acs-spec-0.55... This includes the below work: - Inclusion of the comments in the teleconference. - Inclusion of the new description in the Chapter 10 Open Issues. - Changed font size smaller for XML snippets - Additional text in the Authors Information. Also, I was adveised by Hiro, one of our Directors for the management area, that we should announce the last call on the ogsa-wg, cddlm-wg, acs-wg and the Area Directors of Mgmt area and we need to wait for a few days before the submitting the draft to the GGF editor. So I propose a new schedule for the draft as below: Oct 28 Last call announcement. Nov 7 Submission to the GGF editor [Projection] Mid Nov. Comments from GGF editor received. End Nov. Comments are addressed and returned. Early Dec. 60 day public review starts. Early Feb. review comments are collected. Mid Feb. updated draft is returned to GGF editor. End Feb. approval by GGF. For the last call, I will simply remove all the modification history from the draft 0.55 and bump the version number to 0.90 or something. My apologies to my late notice for this change of schedule due to my lack of the schedule. I hope this won't be a problem for you. -Keisuke Keisuke Fukui wrote:

I needed a few more critical changes. My apologies.. https://forge.gridforum.org/projects/acs-wg/document/draft-ggf-acs-spec-0.57... This includes: - Fixed stale URIs in 1.4 Namespaces. - The namespace declarations in the Chapter 9 are changed accordingly. - Removed duplication of the [OGSA doc] in “References” - Fixed some corrupted references. -Keisuke Keisuke Fukui wrote:
