      Hi team,

As I said at the last meeting, I read the CDDLM documents (mainly the Component
Model Specification which was updated recently) and summarized my 
understandings in the attached file.
Your comments and questions are welcomed.

Note that the memo contains my interpretation. I asked the CDDLM team 
to point out any misunderstandings.
