OGSA Basic Profile (section 3.2.1) may should be move into section 3.3.

It could be still there since it's a little bit more than just a "relationship". Waiting for opinions.

I don't think the WS-I section is required because it is refered indirectly through OGSA Basic Profile.

Or, if desired, it can be described as such in a just a single line:-)
