Thanks for all the comments. I have reflected all of them. Please verify the modification in response to them. I have also made a modification for the last paragraph for Focus/Purpose section since it seemed to be messed up after revisions.
I'm hoping for submitting this to area directors within this week to catch the last GFSG ops call this year. I'll wait for additional comments until then. Please send your comments ASAP.
